Do page builders affect site speed or performance?

Some page builders can add extra code that may affect load times if not optimized. Always choose a builder with lightweight output and good performance — and pair it with fast hosting to keep your site running smoothly.

If you choose to go with Elementor the "Hello" and "Hello Biz" are wonderful to use because they are very light weight.
